Up to 1 years there is no overcharge
From 2 to 12 years overcharge of 25% of the nightly room rate

For families with two children we can accomodate only in the suites with one extra bed

• Booking Confirmation: At the time of booking confirmation we require credit card details
If you choose to pay via wire transfer, within 15 days from the check in date,  the 50 % of the reservation amount is required
The reservation will be cancelled in case wire transfer isn’t received within 15 days from the check in date

• Cancellations: Cancellations / changes / reductions in the number of nights booked up to 15 days before arrival are possible without any penalty if you choose refundable rate
50% penalty is applied for  cancellations / early departures received between 15 days and the date of check in

In case of no-show penalty of the 100%
